1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By installing or using ImageWrangler ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
ImageWrangler is a GitHub App that automatically optimizes images in your repositories and creates pull requests with the optimized versions.
3. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
- • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
- • Upload malicious files disguised as images
- • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
- • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
4. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
Paid plans are billed through GitHub Marketplace. Refunds are handled according to GitHub Marketplace policies.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You retain all rights to your images and repository content. We claim no ownership over content processed through the Service.
ImageWrangler and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ImageWrangler and protected by intellectual property laws.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL IMAGEWRANGLER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
9. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
